Biscotti Patisserie Unveils Honey-Infused Rosh Hashanah Collection
Biscotti Patisserie is celebrating the Jewish New Year with a special holiday collection heavily featuring honey, a traditional Rosh Hashanah ingredient. The new line aims to provide a sweet start to the year with visually appealing culinary creations designed to be centerpieces on the holiday table.
Led by pastry chef Russella Yona and her team, the collection blends high-quality ingredients with familiar, homemade flavors. Alongside returning favorites, Biscotti is introducing new designer gift boxes filled with treats, suitable for hosts or as holiday table additions.
The collection includes several honey-themed desserts such as a "Honey Vanilla Cornflake" cake, "Honey Caramel Cream," and a "Honey and Ricotta Cake." Individual prices range from 52 to 158 shekels, with options for dairy and pareve (non-dairy). A "Honey Cream Puffs" box is also available for 59 shekels.
Special holiday gift packages are also part of the offering. These range from the "Sweet as Honey" package at 50 shekels to the more elaborate "New Beginning" package at 268 shekels, which includes a variety of cakes, cookies, and pastries. All items can be purchased at Biscotti branches, by phone, or online with nationwide delivery. The products are certified kosher by Badatz Beit Yosef.
