Orenstein Hushen Promotes Two Senior Consultants to Partner
The communications consulting firm Orenstein Hushen, which will mark its tenth anniversary next year, has promoted senior consultants Tal Shapira and Matan Bar-Nir to partner. The firm, founded in 2017, has become one of Israel's leading consultancies in communications, strategy, and crisis management.
Shapira, with over 15 years of experience in communications and strategy consulting, joined the firm in 2019. He specializes in communications, strategy development, and crisis management for clients in the economy, legal, and real estate sectors. Bar-Nir, a lawyer by training, has about a decade of experience in communications and consulting. He joined Orenstein Hushen in 2022 and previously worked as a legal and economic correspondent for the Globes newspaper. Bar-Nir specializes in the interface between law and regulation and the media, focusing on consulting, strategy, and crisis management for leading business clients.
As partners, Shapira and Bar-Nir will continue to manage teams, oversee complex communication systems for strategic clients, and lead training and development programs. Founders Hedan Orenstein and Itamar Hushen stated that promotions to partner are based not only on tenure or client portfolio size but also on the ability to lead people, foster employee growth, make decisions, take managerial responsibility, and contribute to the firm's business development. They expressed pride in promoting Shapira and Bar-Nir, calling them excellent professionals and full partners in their journey.
