Charity Fund Promises Health to Donors Based on Rabbi Kanievsky's Blessing

The "Remove Sickness From Your Midst" fund, established under the guidance of the late Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, aims to support sick individuals and their families in Israel, particularly within the Haredi community. The fund promotes a promise attributed to Rabbi Kanievsky: that anyone who donates to the charity will not experience illness in their own home. Rabbi Yitzchak Zilberstein is quoted as stating that this is a "measure for measure" principle.

Rabbi Meir Sternbuch is also cited, emphasizing that donating to the fund is a clear and proven reality that ensures the donor's own household remains free of sickness. This assurance is presented as a powerful argument for contributing.

Regular donors to the fund receive several benefits. These include a special monthly prayer service held on the eve of each Rosh Chodesh (new month) at Rabbi Kanievsky's grave, where a representative from the Kupat Ha'ir charity prays for the donors. Donor names are also given to 120 prominent righteous individuals who pray for them.

Additionally, regular donors receive a special document featuring Rabbi Kanievsky's handwritten signature, serving as a testament to his decree and a reminder of the blessing.
