Carplus Launches New Commercial Vehicle Rental Service for Businesses

Carplus, an Israeli automotive importer and distributor, announced on Thursday the launch of a new service offering short-term rentals of commercial vehicles to businesses. The service, operated by Carplus's operational leasing and maintenance division, aims to provide a flexible and accessible solution for companies needing work vehicles for limited periods without long-term commitments.

Previously, Carplus's shortest rental option was a six-month operational lease. Recognizing the evolving market needs and the growing demand for flexible solutions in Israel's commercial vehicle rental sector, which comprises approximately 2,500 vehicles, Carplus is now offering rentals for various durations based on actual business needs.

This new offering is designed to support businesses during peak workloads, for short-term projects or tenders, as a bridge until purchased or leased vehicles are delivered, for testing business expansion before significant investment, or to maintain business continuity during vehicle breakdowns. Initially, the fleet will include Mercedes Sprinter vans (3.5 and 5 tons), Fuso Canter trucks (7.5 tons), and Mercedes Atego trucks (10 tons), all available nationwide with high accessibility.
