New details have emerged regarding potential political mergers in Israel, with former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett reportedly offering a high-ranking position to Chili Tropper. Bennett allegedly proposed that Tropper join the "Beitech" party, placing him within the top four candidates on the electoral list.

Concurrently, Tropper has been engaged in discussions with Gadi Eisenkot about a potential merger between their respective parties. This places Tropper at the center of two distinct unification possibilities, though reports indicate that a broader coalition faces significant obstacles.

According to political correspondent Michael Shemesh, neither Eisenkot nor Bennett currently favors a joint union that would include Yoaz Hendel. This suggests that Tropper might unite with one of the parties individually, rather than as part of a larger bloc.

Both Bennett and Tropper have denied the reports, with Tropper specifically stating that he is not engaged in any negotiations.
