Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel Seen Together in Public After Reported Marital Strain

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were photographed together in public for the first time in about two years, holding hands during a walk in New York City this week. The couple, married for 14 years, were both dressed in black, but the images showed neither of them smiling.

The sighting comes about three months after reports about Timberlake’s June 2024 arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence, which sources said led Biel to pull back and even issue an ultimatum. A source who spoke to PEOPLE at the time said Biel had gone through “challenging” moments, found the situation stressful, and preferred to move on from it.

About a month after the arrest photos surfaced, reports said Biel had told Timberlake that unless he made a drastic change in his behavior, including what was described as his likely drinking issue, he could end up alone. Yet two months before the arrest, Biel publicly praised him in an E! interview at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, saying, “I feel like I’m one of his biggest fans.” She added that “there’s nobody like him,” and said he brings “so much joy.”

Although the couple usually keeps its private life out of the spotlight, Biel was seen last summer attending Timberlake’s The Forget Tomorrow World Tour. Over the past year, the pair have also shared personal photos for birthdays, anniversaries, and other family occasions, suggesting the relationship remained publicly intact despite the rumors.
