Rabbi Shternbuch Campaign Nears End with 185 'Blessing Coins' Left

The 'Elef HaMagen' (Thousand Shields) fundraising campaign, initiated by Rabbi Mordechai Shternbuch to support Torah scholars and expand yeshiva networks, is nearing its conclusion. The "Teshuvot VeHanhagot" network announced that only 185 special "blessing coins" remain for new donors.

Rabbi Shternbuch, a prominent Haredi rabbi, has been regularly updated on the campaign's progress and expressed immense satisfaction with the public's response. The initiative aims to recruit a thousand partners to help strengthen Torah institutions, particularly in response to recent economic sanctions impacting Torah scholars and yeshivas, such as the cancellation of tax benefits under Section 46.

The campaign was launched to address the plight of numerous scholars left without a place to study due to these financial pressures. Rabbi Shternbuch has emphasized that the goal is not just financial, but to ensure that as many scholars as possible can dedicate themselves to their studies. To date, the campaign has enabled the enrollment of 100 new scholars in the "Teshuvot VeHanhagot" yeshivas for the current "Elul" study period.

Donors who join the "Elef HaMagen" campaign receive a personal blessing from Rabbi Shternbuch, who stated the coin would serve as protection and bring prosperity. The campaign offers participation through monthly installments of 84 shekels for 36 months. The remaining 185 coins represent the final opportunities to join this initiative and receive the rabbi's blessing.
