MK Tally Gotliv Claims Netanyahu Aims to Oust Her from Likud

Member of Knesset Tally Gotliv stated on her X account that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his advisors are working to remove her from the Likud party, an action she believes goes against the will of the voters. Gotliv asserted her unwavering loyalty to Netanyahu and the Likud party, emphasizing her role as a staunch right-wing voice within the party, elected on that basis.

She criticized the current Likud campaign as fundamentally flawed, arguing that Netanyahu's advisors favor a "new branding" for the party while neglecting the issue of "bureaucratic rule" that she claims hinders the right-wing government. Gotliv stated that while Netanyahu owes her nothing, she expects a leader to recognize her dedication and service.

In a separate post, Gotliv admitted she is awaiting offers from other political parties. She reiterated her deep commitment to the Prime Minister and the right-wing government, stating she "laid down on the fence" for them. She expressed unwillingness to be "trampled" while fighting against what she described as bureaucratic power and the Supreme Court's "outrageous rulings" on political and security matters.

Gotliv added that if she received a "realistic offer" from a party that respects her electoral strength and her potential to serve as a minister in a significant role, she would seriously consider it on behalf of her voters. As of her statement, no such offer had been received.
