Pär Tassi Tops Israeli Karaoke Charts, Eyal Golan Follows
The official Israeli karaoke chart for the Hebrew year 5786 (2025-2026) has been released, revealing the songs and artists most frequently chosen by Israelis to sing throughout the year. Pär Tassi's hit song "What Will Be Tomorrow" secured the top spot as the most requested karaoke song.
Eyal Golan was named the most requested male artist, while Eden Ben Zaken was the most requested female artist. The Rebbe Project was the most requested musical group. Ben Tzur was recognized as the breakout artist of the year.
Other popular songs included Eyal Golan's "Port City," Sasson Ifram Saulov's "Always Love Me," and Omer Adam's "Queen of the Generation." The list of most requested artists also featured Omer Adam, Osher Cohen, and Itay Levy among the top male singers, and Odia, Sarit Hadad, and Nasreen Kadri among the top female singers.
Avi Patman, CEO of "Sing Karaoke," stated that the karaoke charts provide a unique insight into Israeli musical taste, as users actively choose to sing songs themselves. He noted that enduring hits remain popular for years, indicating their true lasting appeal beyond initial release.
The data reflects a strong preference for Mizrahi and Mediterranean music genres, which dominate the charts.
