Maccabi Tel Aviv's Professional Director Affirms Owner's Full Involvement

Maccabi Tel Aviv's professional director, Steven Vranjes, has emphatically stated that owner Mitch Goldhar is "100% involved" in the club's operations, dismissing any doubts about his engagement. Vranjes described their communication as daily, covering all aspects of the team.

The club is also making significant moves on the player front. Following a period of criticism regarding club management, Maccabi Tel Aviv announced the signing of Gabi Kanyukovsky and is reportedly close to acquiring Scottish player James Tavernier. The team is also seeking an Israeli striker, with Gabi Melamed being a potential target, while Tyris Asante and Roy Revivo are expected to remain with the club.

Maccabi Tel Aviv acknowledged that their summer transfer activities took longer than anticipated, emphasizing their humane approach to player situations like those of Yon Nikolascu and Kervin Andrade. The club also refuted reports suggesting Goldhar's potential departure, asserting it is not under consideration.

In other club news, Maccabi Tel Aviv exercised their option on Christian Blic and purchased Ester Sokler over the summer, also signing Dan Glazer from Kairat.
