Referees Appointed for Key Israeli Premier League Matches
The Israel Football Association has announced the referees for the upcoming third round of the Israeli Premier League. The league's second round will conclude on Monday evening with a significant match between Maccabi Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa at Bloomfield Stadium. The third round is scheduled to commence later in the week, with some makeup games from the first round also taking place.
Two prominent matches in the third round will be overseen by notable referees. Yigal Fried will officiate the high-profile game between Hapoel Be'er Sheva and Maccabi Tel Aviv. Oren Grinfeld has been assigned to the match between Bnei Sakhnin and Beitar Jerusalem. Both of these matches are scheduled for Monday.
Additional referee assignments for Saturday's games include Yoni Kalz for Maccabi Petah Tikva versus Ironi Tiberias, Naal Odeh for Hapoel Jerusalem against Kiryat Shmona, and Aviad Shiloh for Maccabi Haifa versus Hapoel Petah Tikva.
