Israeli Premier League Postpones Opening Matches Due to European Playoff Qualifications

The Israeli Premier League has postponed the opening round matches involving Hapoel Tel Aviv vs. Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Be'er Sheva vs. Hapoel Haifa. This decision follows Hapoel Tel Aviv's advancement to the Conference League playoffs after defeating Poland's Katowice in the third qualifying round. Similarly, Hapoel Be'er Sheva secured a spot in the Champions League playoffs after their victory over Red Star Belgrade. The league management announced that the dates and times for the second round matches will be published after Beitar Jerusalem completes its third qualifying round in UEFA competitions and depending on their progress. Likewise, the third round fixtures will be scheduled after Hapoel Be'er Sheva finishes its Champions League playoff games and, if necessary, following the group stage draw and UEFA's match scheduling. Further rounds will be announced days after the UEFA draws and scheduling to allow necessary adjustments.
