Chief Rabbi David Yosef Addresses Congregation Ahead of High Holy Days

Chief Rabbi David Yosef delivered a special address to hundreds of residents in the Kiryat Herzog neighborhood of Bnei Brak on Sunday, marking the month of Elul, a period of spiritual introspection leading up to the High Holy Days. The event took place at the 'Maayan HaShalom' synagogue, affiliated with the 'V'Yosef Amar' institutions.

Rabbi Yosef, who also serves as a rabbi for the synagogue, urged the predominantly Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) attendees to engage in repentance and spiritual preparation ahead of the solemn Jewish holidays. He was joined by Rabbi Yitzchak Chadad, the head rabbi of the synagogue, who also spoke at the gathering. The event aimed to strengthen the community's resolve and spiritual connection during this significant time of year.
