Miraculous Rescue Reunion: Mother and Baby Meet Rescuers Who Saved Them

A deeply emotional reunion took place in Bnei Brak this week when a 24-year-old woman, identified as M., met with the emergency responders who saved her life and that of her unborn baby approximately two months prior. M. had collapsed at her home while heavily pregnant due to a sudden medical event. Her family, witnessing the critical situation, immediately called for medical assistance.

Volunteer paramedics from United Hatzalah, including Binyamin Fishel, Avi Weilman, and Yoni Tzadok, arrived swiftly and performed life-saving procedures. Their rapid and professional intervention, along with the initial psychological support provided by Eliyahu Lintop from United Hatzalah's Hosen unit, ensured the survival of both M. and her infant daughter.

During the reunion, M.'s father expressed profound gratitude, describing the terrifying moments when his daughter was between life and death. He credited the responders' dedication and professionalism for the miraculous gift of his daughter and granddaughter, calling them "messengers from heaven."

Binyamin Fishel, the first paramedic on the scene, recounted the critical nature of the event, emphasizing the fight for two lives. He stated that seeing the mother and daughter healthy today validates their commitment to volunteering and being available at all hours.
