Malware Found on Phones of Two Senior Officials in Gadi Eizenkot's Campaign Headquarters

Malicious software designed for eavesdropping and data collection was detected on the phones of two senior officials in Gadi Eizenkot's election campaign headquarters, according to a report by Channel 12 News. Eizenkot himself was not among those whose devices were compromised. Over recent weeks, the campaign team has been conducting daily security scans on the phones of various employees, including senior staff, to identify such threats. Despite discovering the malware in two separate cases, the campaign has not filed a police complaint. Instead, it collaborates daily with a security firm that performs ongoing scans of senior officials' phones. Additional security measures have also been implemented within the headquarters to protect computers and other digital assets.
