Israel Expels Dutch Representatives Over New Law Banning Trade with Settlements

Israel has ordered Dutch representatives to leave the country within a week and immediately vacate the International Gaza Support Center in Kiryat Gat. This decision was made by Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar with the approval of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and has been communicated to the Dutch embassies in Israel and the United States. The move responds to a series of actions by the Dutch government, primarily a new law banning trade in Israeli products originating from Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights, set to take effect next month. Israeli officials noted that this policy is accompanied by a wave of boycotts and antisemitism in the Netherlands.
