Nova Heaven Returns to Burning Man with New Memorial Installation and Star-Studded Lineup

The Nova Heaven project is returning for its third year to the Burning Man festival in Nevada's desert, commemorating the victims of the October 7 Nova Festival massacre. This year’s installation will feature 18 illuminated triangles engraved with the names of 413 victims, alongside six larger triangles projecting beams of light skyward, inspired by the "Warrior of Light" symbol associated with the Nova Festival. The installation aims to transform remembrance into a space of connection, healing, and hope.

Alongside the art installation, Nova Heaven will host four nights of music at Burning Man 2026, which runs from August 30 to September 7 under the theme "Axis Mundi." The lineup includes prominent international electronic artists such as Brazilian DJs Vintage Culture and Anna, who will perform alongside Israeli DJs Omri Dot and Freedom Fighters (Shahaf Efrat). Other notable performers include Max Styler and American DJ LP Giobbi, as well as a broad roster of Israeli artists including Infected Mushroom, Darko, Rafael, and Captain Hook.

Burning Man itself is a unique event that creates a temporary city called Black Rock City in the Nevada desert, attracting tens of thousands of participants worldwide. Unlike traditional music festivals, it features no central stage or official lineup; instead, attendees, camps, and art cars collaboratively create the installations, parties, performances, and communal spaces. Nova Heaven’s presence at Burning Man continues to blend art, music, and memorialization in this distinctive cultural setting.
