Mitman Butcher Launches Asian Dumpling Line Including Gyoza and Dim Sum

Mitman, a well-established butcher chain in Tel Aviv, has introduced a new Asian-inspired product line featuring various dumplings such as beef, chicken, and duck gyoza, mushroom gyoza, dim sum with beef filling, and bao buns. These frozen products are designed for quick and easy home preparation, requiring only 12 minutes of steaming. The new line aims to fill a gap in the Israeli market where Asian dumplings are popular but often expensive and not widely available for home consumption.

The products have been praised for their authentic flavors and generous portions, with prices set at a reasonable 34.90 shekels per package, making them more accessible than existing options that can cost over 40 shekels for just four dumplings. The chicken gyoza is noted for its precise seasoning and light Asian aroma, while the beef bao buns are described as tender and juicy. A vegetarian mushroom gyoza is also part of the collection.

Consumers can purchase the new Asian line at all Mitman branches, through the company’s website, and via delivery services like Wolt.
