Democratic Party Candidate Moshe Radman Calls Sara Netanyahu Violent Alcoholic and Racist

Moshe Radman Abutbul, recently placed ninth on the Democratic Party's Knesset list and a prominent figure in protests against Prime Minister Netanyahu's government, sharply criticized Sara Netanyahu, the Prime Minister's wife, labeling her a "violent alcoholic and racist." Radman made these remarks on Monday amid a broader critique of the security arrangements for former IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot.

Radman accused Sara Netanyahu of being a convicted criminal who continues to receive Shin Bet security protection funded by taxpayers, referencing her 2019 conviction in a plea deal related to the Prime Minister's residence affair. He also attacked her son, Yair Netanyahu, calling him a "freeloader and poison spreader" who similarly receives costly security coverage.

The comments were part of Radman's comparison highlighting that Eisenkot, despite facing concrete threats as a bereaved father and potential prime ministerial candidate, does not receive such security. Radman framed this as indicative of the state of Israel in 2026 under Netanyahu's prolonged leadership.

Radman, who joined the Democratic Party earlier this year, was introduced by party leader Yair Golan as part of the protest movement integral to the party's core. His recent ranking on the party list positions him as a notable opposition figure ahead of upcoming elections.
