MasterChef Contestant Jacky Azulay Reveals How She Kept Secret from Ex-Husband for Nine Months

Jacky Azulay, a popular contestant on the Israeli cooking show MasterChef, recently shared a personal story about how she managed to keep a significant secret from her ex-husband for nine months. During a challenging episode where contestants had to prepare dumplings with a twist, Azulay impressed the judges with a fusion dish combining Eastern and Western flavors, earning 36 points and praise from chef Yuval Ben Neria. She used the opportunity to reveal that she had hidden the birth of their daughter from her ex-husband, who already had three sons with her, until the birth itself. "I worked on my ex until the delivery room," she said with a smile, explaining that she even discussed the baby's circumcision with him without revealing the pregnancy.

In a recent interview with mako's weekend magazine, Azulay also spoke about co-parenting with her ex, Israel, noting that their four children, Uri, Itai, Ilai, and Elinor, are raised in a religious education system. She mentioned that they do not discuss the children's upbringing much, as the kids mostly live with her, and he enjoys the benefits of fatherhood.
