Right-Wing Activist Mordechai David Stars in Major Commercial Campaign
Mordechai David, a right-wing activist known for confronting anti-Netanyahu protesters and blocking left-wing activists, has landed his first commercial advertising campaign worth hundreds of thousands of shekels. According to Channel 13 News, David was chosen as a spokesperson alongside Eliran Dahan for "Shahar Finance," a financial services company.
In a recorded conversation, Adar Albo, the owner and CEO of Shahar Finance, explained the decision to feature David, stating that while David is known as a public figure who blocks others, their company aims to "open" opportunities. Albo emphasized that their clients are people whom the traditional banking system has blocked. He also noted the campaign has a humorous element intended to generate significant exposure and clarified that the campaign is not meant to express political opinions.
Regarding the campaign's budget, Albo revealed it amounts to hundreds of thousands of shekels. This marks a notable commercial breakthrough for David, who has been primarily recognized for his political activism. The campaign's reception and impact remain to be seen.
