Maccabi Haifa Makes Offer for Brazilian Midfielder Diego Rosa Amid Competition

Maccabi Haifa has submitted an offer to sign 23-year-old Brazilian midfielder Diego Rosa, currently playing for Apoel Nicosia. The player is also being pursued by Azerbaijani clubs Neftchi Baku and Qarabag, with all three teams awaiting his decision in the coming days.
