Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Car Accident Near Netanya on Highway 2
A man in his 30s was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on Highway 2 near the Netanya interchange late at night. The incident was reported to Magen David Adom's emergency center at 23:19. Paramedics and medics arrived at the scene to find the pedestrian unconscious and suffering from multiple severe injuries. They provided life-saving treatment, including resuscitation efforts, before transporting him to Laniado Hospital in serious condition. The medical team at the scene included paramedic Igor Treskin, senior medic Maor Brantz, and medic Roy Gimpovitz, who described the victim as lying beside the road with critical trauma.
