Lisav Issat Plays Full Match as Bristol City Concedes Late Equalizer Against Birmingham
Lisav Issat completed his second match for Bristol City in the Championship on Saturday, playing the full 90 minutes in a disappointing 2-2 draw away at Birmingham City. Bristol City twice lost the lead in the match, conceding a last-minute equalizer in the 95th minute. The visitors initially took the lead in the 33rd minute through Scott Twine. However, ten minutes later, Bristol's goalkeeper Sam Tickell scored an own goal, leveling the score. Near the end of the game, Bristol City celebrated what seemed to be a winning goal by Dominic Ballard, who scored with a backheel strike. Yet, Birmingham was awarded a penalty in the 94th minute, which Demarai Gray converted to secure the draw. This result gave Bristol City their first point of the season after a 2-0 loss to Millwall in the previous round. Issat started as a center-back, a change from his previous appearance as a left-back, but left the pitch disappointed with the outcome.
