Noam Party Activists Hold Support Rally After Shofar Attack at Savyon Restaurant
Activists from the Noam party gathered at Tours Smokehouse restaurant in the G complex of Savyon on Thursday evening to show support after the restaurant owner was attacked for blowing a shofar. The event included Selichot prayers, shofar blowing, and dancing to songs of faith. Employees, guests, and the DJ at the restaurant joined the singing and dancing, creating a communal atmosphere.
The gathering concluded with a joint prayer for the safety and security of IDF soldiers. The Noam party stated that the attempt to silence shofar blowing in Israel underscores the importance of fighting for every Jew's right to express their Judaism publicly. They emphasized the Israeli people's desire for a Jewish identity and pledged to continue defending the freedom to live Jewishly in public spaces.
