Bird Strikes Light Aircraft in Herzliya, Pilot Sustains Minor Injuries

A bird collided with the windshield of a light aircraft during flight at Herzliya Airport, causing the glass to shatter. The pilot, a man in his 20s, sustained minor injuries from glass shards, including a head cut. Medical teams from United Hatzalah provided initial treatment at the scene. The pilot managed to safely land the aircraft despite the incident. After receiving first aid, his condition was reported as minor injuries.
