Soroka Opens Seminar Room in Memory of Beer Sheva Missile Strike Victims
Soroka Medical Center this week inaugurated a new seminar room in the Social Work Department offices, dedicating it to the memory of Staff Sgt. Eitan Zaks, Michal Zaks and Noa Anastasia Bogoslavski, who were killed when an Iranian missile struck their home in Beer Sheva. The room will be used for professional training, study days and learning sessions for social work teams.
The space was funded by an anonymous donor who wanted to commemorate a family harmed in the war. The organization One Family chose to dedicate it to the Zaks and Bogoslavski family, saying it aimed to create a living memorial that would continue to have an impact over time.
The dedication ceremony was attended by Soroka management, representatives of One Family, family members and professionals who had supported the families since the tragedy. The event included emotional moments of closure between the relatives and the medical and social work staff who treated them on the day of the strike.
