Netanyahu Considers Bringing Hadar Mukhtar Back to Right-Wing Politics Amid New Poll Data
Hadar Mukhtar, who gained public attention as the leader of the "Burning Youth" party in the last elections, may be returning to the political scene within a right-wing party. According to Ynet reporter Moran Azulai, this development follows new polling data indicating Mukhtar's potential to attract young voters. A recent survey by a well-known pollster suggests she could bring significant youth support, prompting political figures to seriously consider reserving a spot for her on a right-wing party list.
Azulai also noted that this move might involve senior Likud officials aiming to maximize right-wing bloc votes. She speculated that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu might have decided not to include Mukhtar within Likud itself but is ensuring she remains part of the broader right-wing coalition. This strategy aligns with ongoing efforts to consolidate votes among seven parties currently at risk of missing the electoral threshold.
The renewed interest in Mukhtar reflects a tactical adjustment based on fresh voter data, highlighting the dynamic nature of coalition-building ahead of upcoming elections.
