Moshe Feiglin Reveals Oath Sworn at Fallen Grandson’s Grave, Criticizes War Management

Moshe Feiglin, chairman of the Zehut party, shared a deeply personal account in a recent interview with C14, discussing conversations he had with his grandson who was killed in the war and the solemn oath he swore at his grandson’s grave. Feiglin described his grandson as a dedicated soldier from the Givati Brigade who was passionate about victory. He vowed not to let that victory be taken away from him.

Feiglin expressed sharp criticism of Israel’s war management nearly three years after the October 7 massacre, questioning the cost of nearly 1,000 soldiers’ lives and the lack of a clear victory. He lamented the current state of affairs and accused the government of failing to achieve decisive results on all fronts. Feiglin also claimed that he has been one of the few voices correctly interpreting the situation and warning about the direction Israel is heading since the war began.

Regarding his political future, Feiglin indicated he plans to run in the upcoming Knesset elections, stating that the electoral threshold does not concern him. He emphasized his commitment to providing an alternative voice, even if only his wife votes for him. His comments reflect ongoing frustration with the government’s handling of the conflict and a personal resolve shaped by his family’s sacrifice.
