Indictment Filed Against Nazareth Man for Stealing Tel Aviv Car and Posing as Owner
The Nazareth prosecution unit in the Northern District Police has filed an indictment against a 21-year-old man from Nazareth accused of stealing a car from Tel Aviv and trying to pass himself off as the vehicle's owner using an ID card he found inside it.
According to the investigation, the suspect had been driving despite having had his license suspended by a court. Police also found that, a few days earlier, he had stolen a car from a relative.
The case now moves forward in court on the theft and impersonation allegations, along with the additional driving and earlier family theft offenses uncovered in the probe.
