Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Introduces My FanCam AI Video Editing Feature

Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S26 FE with a new AI-powered video feature called My FanCam, part of its Galaxy AI suite. This tool allows users to select a person or object in an existing video, after which the AI tracks the chosen subject and automatically adjusts the frame to follow their movement, creating a new clip. Users can also select the desired aspect ratio before finalizing the video. Unlike Samsung's existing Auto Framing feature, which adjusts framing during recording, My FanCam operates post-capture as an editing tool within the Gallery app.

Samsung has officially introduced My FanCam as a video editing capability on supported Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to ship with Android 17 and One UI 9, continuing the trend of FE models receiving many flagship Galaxy AI features. Industry reports suggest that My FanCam may also be extended to other Galaxy S26 models, including the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, and potentially to older flagship devices through the One UI 9 update.
