Right-Wing MKs Vow to Expose Attorney General Adviser’s Role in Military Video Leak Case

Right-wing Israeli lawmakers, led by MK Avichai Boaron, are promising to reveal the full truth behind the involvement of Attorney General adviser Gali Baharav-Miara in the controversial leak of a military video. The video, showing soldiers from Unit 100 at Field Yemen, was leaked amid a legal battle that recently saw the Israeli Supreme Court permit the prosecution to resume work on the case involving the military prosecutor, known as the "Petzarit" affair.

Boaron publicly criticized Baharav-Miara on social media, accusing her of deep involvement in the case and alleging she is actively trying to avoid investigation to prevent her dismissal. He emphasized that he and his colleagues from the Lavi organization will not relent until the truth is uncovered and all hidden facts are exposed.

The controversy intensified after journalist Noam Amir revealed that Baharav-Miara was pushing for a plea deal for military prosecutor Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, who is expected to admit to the charges against her. The deal would allow Tomer-Yerushalmi to conclude the case and return to her normal life. The case has drawn significant public attention due to the sensitive nature of the leaked video and the legal proceedings surrounding it.
