Pango attributed the disruption to a system upgrade that caused a malfunction in their app, prompting many users to switch to the competing Cellopark app. This sudden influx overwhelmed Cellopark, leading to its crash as well. Pango confirmed the problem was temporary and has since been resolved, stating that their app is now fully operational.
