Israeli Media Personality Melach Zilbershlag Reveals He Sleeps in a Different Place Every Night

Melach Zilbershlag, an Israeli media figure and social media influencer, recently disclosed a surprising aspect of his lifestyle during a panel discussion on Channel 16. He revealed that he does not have a permanent home and sleeps in a different location every night, never spending two consecutive nights in the same place. Zilbershlag explained that he carries a green backpack which he considers his "home."

He detailed that his nightly accommodations vary among hotels, Airbnb rentals, friends' homes, and family residences. When asked if he actively searches for a place to sleep each evening, he clarified that he does not; by 11 p.m., he already has a bed arranged. Although he has access to an apartment near his parents where he could stay, he chooses not to use it.

Zilbershlag, 30, attributed this lifestyle choice to a philosophical belief that people are born alone and should return to a similar state. He is the son of the Haredi journalist Dudi Zilbershlag, grew up in a Haredi household, served in the Israeli army, and worked as a journalist for Channel 12 news. In recent years, he has undergone significant personal changes, including altering his appearance and traveling extensively, notably a long trip to Thailand. This revelation adds to the list of transformations he has publicly shared.
