Children Learn Hebrew Letter L in Educational Series 'Kingdom of Letters' with Avia Hernoy
The popular educational series 'Kingdom of Letters,' starring children's entertainer Avia Hernoy and produced by the Serugim website, continues its engaging learning journey with a new episode focused on the Hebrew letter Lamed (ל). In this episode, Avia introduces the letter itself, demonstrates different vowel markings (nikud) attached to it, and shows how it forms the opening sound of various words. The episode concludes with a fun quiz testing which words start with the letter Lamed.
The series was created to transform children's screen time into meaningful educational activity. Instead of passive watching, children actively learn the Hebrew alphabet in an enjoyable and interactive way, practicing reading and memorization. Each episode follows a consistent format: letter introduction, vowel practice, sound application in words, and a concluding quiz. New episodes are released weekly, and previously aired letters remain available for repeated viewing, allowing parents to prepare screen time and learn the letters together with their children.
The production team includes Avia Hernoy as the star, directed by Avi Ludmir, produced by Asher Rot, edited by David Vahala, and designed by Yola Yankelvich.
