Maccabi Petah Tikva Signs Defender Or Dadia for Upcoming Season

Maccabi Petah Tikva officially announced the signing of right-back Or Dadia for the upcoming season on August 13, 2026. The 29-year-old defender spent the latter half of last season on loan at Hapoel Ramat Gan, helping the team secure promotion to the Israeli Premier League. Prior to that, Dadia played several seasons with Hapoel Be'er Sheva, where he gained experience in European competitions including the Europa League and Conference League.

Dadia expressed enthusiasm about joining Maccabi Petah Tikva, stating he is eager to contribute alongside his new teammates with the clear goal of establishing the club firmly in the Premier League, which he considers their natural place. Dadia brings significant top-flight experience, having made 109 appearances in the Israeli Premier League.

Maccabi Petah Tikva, recently promoted back to the Premier League, has also signed several other players this season including Marko Rakonjac, Bashar Abdah, Noam Shemesh, Ibrahima Soma, Li-Yam Dan, Adar Ratner, Pavlos Koreas, Dor Chevron, and Kyle Spence as they prepare for the new campaign.
