Tash Hasidim Mark Rebbe's Yahrzeit with Prayers and Teachings in Canada
The Tash Hasidic community recently commemorated the yahrzeit (hilula) of their revered Rebbe, the holy Tash Rebbe, zt"l, under the leadership of his son and successor, the current Tash Rebbe, at the Hasidic center in Canada. The sacred events began the preceding Shabbat with uplifting spiritual gatherings. On Saturday night, following Havdalah, the community participated in a "Chassidic discourse" where senior and respected Hasidim shared stories and teachings from the Rebbe's rich legacy and holy service.
On the night of the yahrzeit, corresponding to Monday evening, the Rebbe conducted the "Shulchan Tahor" (holy table) in the main study hall of his Beit Midrash. The following morning, after Shacharit prayers, he visited the Rebbe's holy gravesite, leading the congregation in prayers for communal and individual salvation.
