Former PM Bennett Reveals Putin Assured Him He Won't Kill Zelensky, Alkin Confirms

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett disclosed in a podcast with Hanoch Daum that Russian President Vladimir Putin told him he did not intend to kill Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Bennett shared this during their conversation, highlighting the nature of their dialogue.

Israeli Minister Zeev Elkin, who was present during the exchange, confirmed the account in a radio interview on Galei Yisrael. Elkin stated that Bennett did ask Putin directly if he planned to kill Zelensky, to which Putin responded negatively and provided reasons for his stance. Elkin emphasized that the conversation was a straightforward question and answer and that Israel did not influence Putin's decision in any way.
