A 28-year-old man recently moved into an old apartment in Petah Tikva and found himself facing a persistent cockroach problem. Instead of just enduring the nuisance, he decided to document his nightly encounters with the pests in a TikTok series titled "Do I Have a Cockroach in the Apartment After Going Out?". Each evening, he records whether a new cockroach has appeared, turning the experience into a daily ritual that has attracted a growing online audience.

The series began as a straightforward documentation after pest control efforts, but quickly evolved into a form of entertainment and even a game, with the creator and his friends betting on whether he would find a cockroach that night. The videos show cockroaches in various spots around the apartment, including near the door and behind furniture, with the creator humorously suggesting the insects are trying to gain TikTok fame.
