Brother of Wounded Soldier Alleges Neglect During Hospital Stay in Lebanon Incident

Days after a soldier was severely injured in a clash in Lebanon, his brother publicly accused the hospital staff of neglect during the soldier's hospitalization. According to the brother, during a night shift change, all families were asked to leave the ward, which was then locked with four seriously wounded soldiers inside, attended only by Arabic-speaking staff. The brother claimed that family members repeatedly requested to check on the injured soldiers but were denied access. He said he eventually broke down the door to find his brother in distress, pleading for water and describing rough treatment by the staff, including being roughly turned in bed and his head being slammed against the bed frame. The brother demanded accountability and answers regarding the hospital's conduct during this critical period. The hospital has yet to respond to these allegations.
