Israeli Startup IAIG Raises $6 Million to Build AI-Native Software Companies
IAIG (Inevitable AI Group), an Israeli startup founded in early 2024 by serial entrepreneurs Nimrod Lahavi (CEO) and Ofer Bar-Or (COO), has secured $6 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Aleph Ventures with participation from prominent angel investors. The company operates as a studio focused on creating multiple AI-native software companies, aiming to launch dozens of firms in existing software categories rapidly transformed by AI's impact on development speed, cost, and product structure.
The founders previously collaborated at Simplex, which was acquired by Nuvei for $300 million, with Lahavi as co-founder and CEO and Bar-Or as COO. Bar-Or also co-founded ParallelM, acquired by DataRobot, and UCnGO, acquired by Emblaze. IAIG’s model targets SaaS categories with established demand, recruiting entrepreneurs to lead development, product, marketing, and growth efforts to release competitive AI-driven products within weeks.
IAIG’s approach addresses the limitations of legacy SaaS companies that struggle to integrate AI due to complex architectures and outdated workflows. By building companies designed around AI from inception, IAIG aims for leaner operations, faster innovation, and significantly different cost structures. Since its founding, IAIG has launched several startups including Corebee (AI customer support), Spiceform (smart forms and lead sorting), VScout (AI recruitment management), Guidely (in-work software training), Vendorca (external vendor management), Keply (CRM), Rumore (social reputation management for small businesses), SteerLegal (back-office solutions for small law firms), and Mahakala (AI meeting coordination).
Nimrod Lahavi emphasized that AI is reshaping not only software products but also how software companies are built, launched, and scaled. He highlighted the opportunity to create a new generation of companies optimized for the AI era, capable of moving faster, operating more efficiently, and delivering greater customer value.
