Local Pizzeria Owner Supports Families of Reserve Soldiers in Beersheba with Meals

As the Iron Swords war subsides, the reserve duty continues, and about 700 wives of reserve soldiers in Beersheba have joined the "Anchor" association, which supports families left behind. Natalie Hatuel Ochnik, owner of the local pizzeria "After," initiated a heartfelt project to provide dinner meals to these families. She explained that when the conflict began, she wanted to contribute despite not serving in the reserves herself, so she decided to treat the families with good meals.

Initially, Natalie and her team delivered numerous pizza trays to military units defending the city and its surroundings. For 17 years, Natalie has managed the pizzeria, which she runs with her husband and three daughters who assist her. She finds the act of giving deeply fulfilling and motivating, recalling her late father's advice to do something good every day. She personally gathers detailed information about each family receiving the meals, including the number of members and any dietary restrictions, ensuring a personalized and caring approach.

This ongoing initiative has grown into an emotional and sustained connection between Natalie and the families, providing comfort and support during challenging times. The project is closely linked with the "Anchor" association and the broader community of reserve soldiers' families affected by the October 7 events and the Iron Swords operation.
