Yesha Council CEO Criticizes Gadi Eisenkot Coalition for Relying on Left-Wing Extremists

Omri Rahamim, CEO of the Yesha Council, sharply criticized the proposed coalition led by Gadi Eisenkot, warning that it would depend on extreme left-wing elements. In an interview on the 'We Are the Majority' program on Galei Yisrael radio, Rahamim challenged Eisenkot's claim of having "61 Zionist fingers" supporting him, asserting that the coalition's policy would actually be managed by Yair Golan and that these supporters are far from Zionist.

Rahamim also condemned the silence of National-Religious faction members, specifically naming MKs Hili Tropper and Matan Kahana, questioning how they could align with key left-wing figures. He cited Moshe Radman, who accused Benaya Malk, a soldier killed less than a week earlier, of causing his own death, as an example of non-Zionist behavior within the coalition.

The Yesha Council CEO warned that the willingness of center-right elements to provide political backing to Eisenkot would result in alliances with extremists such as Moshe Radman, Gabi Leski, who represented terrorists as a lawyer, and Naama Lazimi, known for blocking the Ayalon Highway with bonfires. Rahamim's comments reflect deep concern over the ideological composition and future direction of the planned government coalition.
