Kimberly-Clark Launches New Operations in Israel Through Two Companies

Kimberly-Clark has restructured its operations in Israel by establishing two companies, each led by a female CEO. In the paper products sector, a new company named Arbex will manage brands such as Kleenex, Lily, Mult, Nicole, and Nature Reserve, headed by Liat Kider Feigen, former CEO of Osem-Nestle's food division. Meanwhile, Kimberly-Clark Israel, under Rinat Afrima, will continue handling brands like Huggies and Kotex. Following the completion of the $49 billion acquisition of Convaio, Kimberly-Clark Israel is expected to also take over brands like Neutrogena and Johnson, currently imported by Shestovitz.

Arbex is a global joint venture between Kimberly-Clark and Brazilian company Suzano, announced in 2025 with a global turnover of approximately $3.4 billion. It officially launched worldwide on July 1, 2026, and has now begun operations in Israel.

Separately, Gett, the taxi company, has partnered with premium baby product brand CYBEX to offer taxis equipped with CYBEX boosters at no extra cost. The pilot includes about 350 drivers and is planned to expand.

Additionally, the toMix group has opened a new performance club called Uptown in Tel Aviv’s Atidim Park, investing 10 million shekels. Inspired by New York jazz clubs, Uptown will host seated and standing concerts. The opening night featured a tribute to the late Dan Toren, with performances by Efrat Gosh, Peter Roth, and Dana Berger. Asaf Mor, toMix’s VP of marketing and business development, emphasized the club’s goal to create a unique cultural and musical venue.
