Former Delek US CEO and Hana Hollander Launch New Investment House Aspire Brokerage
Nine months after reports surfaced about their plans, former Delek US CEO Uzi Yamin and Hana Hollander have officially launched their investment firm, Aspire Brokerage. The company has applied for membership in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, aiming to join the existing 25 exchange members. Aspire Brokerage operates under the Aspire Investments Group, owned by Yamin and Hollander, and plans to engage in capital market trading, offering services in both Israeli and foreign securities with intentions to expand into additional financial sectors.
Hollander, previously CEO of Excellence Investment House, emphasized that joining the exchange is a significant milestone in their strategy to build an innovative investment house combining technological innovation, AI capabilities, and comprehensive financial services under one roof. She stated, "Aspire was founded on the belief that the future of investing lies in blending human expertise with advanced technology."
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange CEO Itay Ben-Zeev highlighted that increasing exchange members is a key part of their strategic plan to enhance competition in the capital market for the benefit of investors and public companies. Aspire Brokerage's membership is pending approval by the exchange's board of directors.
