Benjamin Regional Council Workers Find Lost Parrot Belonging to Special Needs Residents

During a routine shift near Shiloh in the Benjamin region, workers from the Benjamin Regional Council discovered a parrot that appeared out of place. The council's Environmental Supervision Department quickly launched a community-wide search, distributing notices across local settlements and contacting regional secretariats to locate the bird's owners. Their efforts succeeded when residents of Shiloh identified the parrot with precise distinguishing marks, confirming it was theirs.

The parrot holds special significance as it belongs to individuals with special needs, whose deep concern grew during the bird's several days of absence. Amir Bohbot, head of the Environmental Supervision Department, acted as a temporary caretaker for the parrot, providing food and comfort while awaiting the owners' arrival.
