Israeli Religious Figures and Musicians Mark Milestones From Frontline to Wedding Celebrations
This week featured a series of notable events within Israel's religious and cultural communities. Rabbi Menachem Makover appeared on Dvir Amar's podcast on Channel 7, sharing his journey from a secular youth in Ramat Gan to a leading figure in Temple studies and Kabbalah, and his involvement in the Golden Menorah project in Jerusalem's Jewish Quarter. Meanwhile, Rabbi Avichai Lavononi, a commander in Brigade 55 currently stationed in Lebanon, left the frontline to join his wife Tamar at Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital for the birth of their daughter.
