Jerusalem Scare: Four Children Taken to Hospital
Four children were taken to hospital today (Thursday) after feeling unwell and collapsing in the Mekor Baruch neighborhood of Jerusalem. The children evacuated were a one-year-old boy, a one-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl, who were taken to Hadassah Ein Kerem suffering from weakness.
Following the incident, a hazardous materials monitoring team from Fire and Rescue Israel was dispatched to the scene. Firefighters are conducting tests in the building to rule out or identify the presence of hazardous materials that may have caused harm to the children. The circumstances of the incident are under investigation.
