Noam Tzvia Network CEO Emphasizes Dreaming and Family Spirit at Annual Educators Conference

At the annual "We Were Dreamers" conference held in Jerusalem, Yanki Friedman, CEO of the Noam Tzvia educational network, reflected on the network's evolution since its founding. Addressing thousands of educators from the network, Friedman highlighted the organization's commitment to integrating Torah values with Zionism within Israel's national-religious education system. He described the event as a vital opportunity for teachers, counselors, and administrators to recharge spiritually and gain strength for their work.

Friedman recounted the network's humble beginnings 55 years ago with a single class of seven students, later adding a small girls' class. Today, Noam Tzvia operates approximately 70 institutions nationwide, from Ma'alot in the north to Eilat in the south. He emphasized the network's unique role in serving diverse religious-Zionist communities while maintaining a strong sense of family among its educators.

The conference took place during the summer break, yet many educators attended, underscoring the familial bonds within the network. Friedman noted that despite the formal vacation period, teachers come to receive encouragement and support, reinforcing the network's communal spirit. He concluded by stressing that dreaming is both possible and essential in education, framing it as the foundation of the network's ongoing mission.
