Against the backdrop of the stormy demonstrations and massive protests by activists of "HaPleg Yerushalmi," who in the afternoon hours shut down major traffic arteries across the country, it turns out there are also dramas unfolding under the radar that end in a real miracle. Tonight, Thursday, the musician and Hasidic composer Bentzi Stein was supposed to arrive at the Vagshel halls in Bnei Brak to bring joy to a bride and groom on their wedding day. Stein, who was supposed to be at the hall by 6:00 p.m., left his home in Beit Shemesh early, but road reality had other plans.
As he made his way to the city of Torah and Hasidism, Stein ran into the severe blockages and monstrous traffic jams that formed on Route 4 because of the intense protests. The vehicles came to a standstill, the clock kept ticking backward, and at the venue they began to understand that if Stein remained stuck in his car, the wedding canopy and the celebration of the bride and groom could be seriously affected and delayed until the late night hours.
Then, just like an angel from heaven, a motorcycle rider appeared at the scene and noticed the distress. Without hesitation, the rider took out an extra helmet, put it on the head of the Hasidic singer, and gave him a ride between the stationary cars, bypassing all the human and police barricades on the way to Bnei Brak.
During the wild ride on the blocked roads, Stein was seen not losing his good spirits and filming himself as he passionately and enthusiastically recited the words of the moving melody: "To awaken my heart to serve You..." Thanks to the remarkable resourcefulness and unexpected help, Bentzi Stein managed to bypass the traffic jams, evade the protests, and arrive at the Vagshel halls in time, straight to the stage, where he danced and brought joy to the groom, bride and guests, who had no idea about the drama that had unfolded only minutes earlier on the highway.
